ActGen Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information. The details you provide to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address, and organization.
• Intent inputs. The specifications and design intent you submit so we can compile them into a priced task graph and decision packet.
• Payment metadata. Billing details are handled by Stripe. We store payment metadata such as receipts, charge identifiers, and ledger records; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to run the Silicon Evaluation and First Silicon Path, to deliver your decision packet, to process payments and refunds, to communicate about your account, and to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

Data isolation

Your design inputs and the outputs generated for you are kept isolated to your account. ActGen learns from the process of running evaluations — how work is decomposed, priced, and routed — and is trained on that process, never on your confidential design inputs or the proprietary outputs generated for you. This boundary is a core commitment of the service.

Optional data contribution

Separately from the boundary above, you can choose to contribute your task data — such as task conversations and design-iteration traces — to de-identified datasets used to improve and train AI models, including datasets licensed to third parties. This is off by default and happens only if you explicitly opt in from the Data contribution setting in your account menu. Contributed data is de-identified before it ever leaves the platform: names, emails, and credentials are never included, identifiers are replaced with irreversible pseudonyms, and text is scrubbed of secrets. You can revoke consent at any time, which excludes your data from all future datasets.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate ActGen, including a payment processor to handle billing and cloud infrastructure providers to host and run the platform. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service and are bound by their own agreements. We share information with them solely for these operational purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, and we will delete or anonymize it except where we are required to retain certain records, such as billing ledgers.
