What you are paying for

The $10,000 Silicon Evaluation buys a compiled decision: a priced, owned, routable task graph and a quantified go/no-go recommendation, reviewed and released within the evaluation SLA shown at checkout. It does not include tape-out, fabrication, or packaging — the First Silicon Path is quoted and funded separately.

All sales are final

The $10,000 evaluation fee is non-refundable. Work begins immediately on purchase — your intent is compiled into the priced task graph and routed to the reviewer — so once payment is captured the fee is not refundable, and there are no partial or pro-rated refunds.

First Silicon Path milestone funding

The First Silicon Path is quoted and funded separately under its own milestone release terms and is not part of the evaluation fee. Its payment-processor funding ledger is not a regulated escrow, trust, or custodial account. Releases are governed by those milestone terms, not by this page.

Platform fees

Each $5,000 annual signing-partner membership term and each $500 annual talent-network employer membership term is also billed under the terms on this page. The first signing-partner term includes onboarding and review. Each term is collected in-app by the payment processor and non-refundable once payment is captured. Memberships are paid one annual term at a time and do not renew automatically.

Annual membership access is indivisible. If any amount of a platform fee payment is reversed — an involuntary refund or a dispute — the account returns to its unpaid state: partner approval and domain fast-track require an active signing-partner term, and employer contract posting requires an active employer term. The same capabilities re-lock when their annual term expires.

Recurring account plans

Organization seat plans begin when activated, with the first seat charge prorated through the next monthly boundary. Annual committed-use plans and the monthly Silicon Evaluation Retainer begin at the monthly boundary stated in the accepted order form. Seat-plan and retainer charges are additive to metered usage. Each Retainer credit is prepaid through a dedicated monthly payment-processor invoice and becomes available only after that exact invoice is verified as paid in full. Committed use is a minimum against eligible usage, with any undrawn annual minimum due by the final term invoice.

The Silicon Evaluation Retainer includes one non-rolling evaluation credit in each covered month; unused credits expire and do not carry forward. The Team trial waives only its seat-plan fee for 14 days, never metered usage, and paid Team pricing begins automatically when the trial ends unless the plan is changed beforehand. Collected recurring charges are non-refundable except where the accepted order form or applicable law requires otherwise.
